A MARATHON effort in curry eating has served up hundreds of pounds for charity.
Nick Millard, of Stratton St Margaret, who is a member of Swindon Striders, organised a curry night at the Mela in Old Town this weekend to help raise funds before he takes part in the London Marathon in April.
The 31-year-old is raising money for Whizz Kidz and about 40 of his friends and family attended the event on Sunday.
