A MAN charged with operating a cannabis factory from his Swindon home has appeared in court.
Neil Walters, 50, faces an allegation from November 26, of cultivating 100 cannabis plants at his address in Hamble Road, Haydon Wick.
Walters also faces charges of possessing about 51 grams of cocaine with intent to supply and possessing 11.44 grams of BZP with intent to supply at Avonmead, Haydon Wick, on the same date.
No pleas were entered and the bench declined jurisdiction at a hearing at Swindon Magistrates Court yesterday.
Walters was released on bail to re-appear on April 21 for committal to Swindon Crown Court.
