EVERYONE is invited to a night set to raise hundreds for cancer patient Tami Brown.

Tami’s school friends, Samantha Cottrell, Diana Shepherdson, Katie Henderson, Kate Coleman and Martyn Elbrow have organised a masquerade ball at Liquid And Envy on May 6 to raise money for Tami’s treatment.

The 27-year-old, of Abbey Meads, has battled cancer since she was 20 and last February was told it was terminal, but she has just finished a course of vitamin C treatment which could extend her life for another year.

Samantha, who went to Blunsdon C of E Primary School, Highworth Warneford School and Swindon College with Tami, said: “Tami is just so positive about the treatment and really thinks it is going to help.

“She has kept her spirits so high throughout everything and we just want to raise enough for her to get the treatment.”

The ball, which is from 9pm until 2.30am will include music from DJ Kelz Clarkson, Fireboy DJ, and DJ Craig Knights..

Tickets, which are a minimum donation of £5, are available on the door or in advance tickets from Swin City on 01793 520 300 or ATB on 01793 523255.
