A GERMAN naval attack on three costal towns in 1914 is the subject of a talk at Even Swindon Community Centre, in Jennings Street, on Wednesday June 29.
Bob Clarke will deliver a presentation focusing on the shelling of Scarborough, Whitby and Hartlepool.
The event, organised by Rodbourne Community History Group, is scheduled to run from 7pm to 8pm.
Tickets, including the cost of refreshments, are £1 for members and £2 for guests.
