FIVE people have admitted being involved in supplying heroin and cocaine in Swindon last year.
Leo Dart, Michael Gordon, Ewan Williams, Christopher Howard and Emma Welch pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
Each admitted being involved in the trade in heroin and cocaine between New Year’s Day and the start of May 2010.
Another seven defendants also appeared at Swindon Crown Court in connection with the allegations, but did not enter pleas.
Christine Broomfield, Jacqueline Edwards, Carl Hislop, Gary Steptoe, Leon Symonds, James Dawson and Craig Gibbs, all had their cases adjourned to Friday July 22.
They face the same two charges and are due to indicate their pleas when they next appear before the court.
Judge Euan Ambrose remanded Gordon, of no fixed address, in custody and released the other four who pleaded guilty on bail until after the trial of the others.
Dart, 30, of Hyde Road, Kingsdown, Williams, 24, of Cypress Grove, Rodbourne Cheney, Howard, 31, of Sandgate, Stratton, and Welch, 24, of Rawston Close, Nythe, were all released on condition they live at their home addresses.
The seven who have not entered pleas are: Christine Broomfield, 35, of Back Street, Ashton Keynes.
Jacqueline Edwards, 38, of Union Street, Old Town.
Carl Hislop, 28, of Beddington Court, Kingsdown.
Gary Steptoe, 31, of Kingswood Avenue.
Leon Symonds, 31of Charlton Close, Penhill.
James Dawson, 26, of Neasdon Lane, north London.
Craig Gibbs, 26, formerly of Greenmeadow Avenue, Haydon Wick, but now living at Gooch Street, in the town centre.
They were also released on bail on condition they live at their home addresses.
