POLICE are appealing for help in ensuring the welfare and safety of a woman in Swindon.
At about 2.45am on Sunday, a distressed woman approached a man outside Domino’s Pizza in the High Street in Old Town. She then walked down a pathway towards the Lawn Woods.
Because of what she said to the man, police are concerned about her welfare and are keen to speak to her to make sure she is OK.
The woman is described as white, about 5ft 5in, with straight dark hair, and just slightly bigger than medium build. She was wearing flat shoes, dark trousers and a black baggy top with three quarter length sleeves.
If you are the woman or think you know who she is, call police on 0845 408 7000 or Crime-stoppers on 0800 555 111.
