TWO solicitors at the Swindon office for Royds Withy King have been promote to be partners of the firm.

Samantha O'Sullivan, a private client lawyer and head of the firm's Charities and Not-For-Profit sector group, and Greg Callard, a real estate specialist were both promoted this month.

Samantha advises local and national charities, as well as pre and post death estate and tax planning for families, and is also a trustee of Advocacy After Fatal Domestic Abuse (AAFDA) which provides support to families of abuse victims.

Greg advises SMEs and owner-managed bushinesses, commercial landlords and tenants on property issues. His work ranges from acting for retail businesses acquiring shopping space to advising local bushinesses on their property needs.

The firm, which has over 500 partners across its offices along the M4 corridor and London, has also promoted three solicitors to associate and senior associate in its Swindon office.
