RICHARD James estate agents has scooped the top spots in the AllAgents People Awards for Swindon and Farrington.
The agents, which started in Wroughton in 1992 and now has eight branches in the Swindon area, scooped gold, silver and bronze in the category for Best Overall Agents, which includes sales and lettings.
Letting's area manager Caroline Schaefer won gold, Old Town Lettings Manager Rebecca Barrett took the silver, and North Swindon lettings manager Nicola Bint the bronze.
Sue Gidney, lettings director for Richard James, explained: “I am very proud that our teams have been recognised in these awards, especially as they’ve been nominated and voted for independently by our clients – landlords and tenants.
“Customer service is paramount for us and so to know that our customers are giving us this vote of confidence is amazing
“Lettings and sales is fundamentally a people-based business and this shows that we definitely have the best people in Swindon and Faringdon.”
The AllAgents People Awards is the UK’s largest free awards for agents and people working in the property industry, recognising the most highly rate based on feedback from clients over the year.
