FC WALCOT continued their perfect start to the Swindon Sunday League season with a 4-0 win over Penhill United in the Knockout Cup.

Boss Ashley Bragg admitted his troops were pleased with their start to the season and has also set his sights on the league title at the end of the season.

“To be fair, obviously, Penhill are a good side but they didn’t really compete with us,” he said.

“We were on top of our game and it was a solid all-round performance from the team.

“I thought it would be a tougher outing but we have added some players to our squad and we are looking to win the league.

“We have made a good start to the season, we had a 5-2 win and when we play better teams, we will up our level.”

Elsewhere in the top flight, AFC Mannignton collected an 8-1 victory at home to Smart Movers to progress to the next round of the Wiltshire Sunday Cup.
