Q: I would like to sign up to Home Delivery what do I need to do?

A: Just fill in the form here and if we cover your area we will get you started on the next following Monday. If we do not cover your area we will contact you.



Q: What are the benefits of Home Delivery?

A: When you sign up to our Home Delivery service you will receive a Welcome Pack through the post, which will give you all the information you need about Home Delivery including the new and improved Swindon Advertiser Loyalty Card. In addition as a Home Delivered Customer if you pay your bill by direct debit you will receive the paper at a reduced cost of £3.25 per paper week (Monday to Saturday).



Q: What time can I expect my delivery

A: We aim to deliver your Swindon Advertiser to your door by 9am each day unless you live in one of the areas listed below where you will receive delivery by 5.30pm.

Ashton Keynes, Bourton, Bradenstoke, Castle Eaton, Chiseldon, Down Ampney, Latton, Lechlade, Lyneham, Ogbourne St. George, Minety, Stanton Fitzwarren, Longcot, Ramsbury



Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay by Monthly invoice, Direct Debit or over the phone by Credit / Debit card. Full details are available here.



Q: What do I do if I need to stop my papers at any time?

A: Simply fill in the form here and we’ll stop the papers for you, alternatively ring us on 01793 501310 with your holiday dates and we can stop your papers while you are away (minimum two days notice required).



Q: What do I do if I want to save the papers while I'm away?

A: So that you don't miss all the local news and sport while you're away, we can save your papers as required and deliver them to your door on the day you return from your holiday. Simply fill in the form here making it clear that you wish to save your deliveries and we’ll save the papers for you. Alternatively ring us on 01793 501310.



Q: What do I do if I miss a delivery?

A:If for some reason your paper is not delivered please report this to us by filling in the form here or call us on 01793 501310. We will make sure your account is credited and take the appropriate steps to make sure it doesn’t happen again
