NORTHSIDE U15s have booked their place in the semi-final of the League Cup following a 2-0 success over FC Chippenham.

UNDER 13 DIVISION ONE

SWINDON Supermarine J made it 14 wins on the bounce with a 4-2 success over Highworth Town Juniors.

Owen Spavin bagged a brace for the South Marston youngsters, while Max Townsend and James Hurst were also on target before the Worthians grabbed two late goals.

UNDER 16 DIVISION ONE

FERNDALE Rodbourne put in a brave performance against Chiseldon but were unable to prevent their hosts running out 7-3 winners.

The visitors, who only had 10 players, found themselves 2-0 down early on, however, Ferndale battled back to restore parity with goals from Kamran Muhid and Matty Connor.

Chiseldon then scored four more before Ferndale player of the match Bailye Gallagher netted a fine goal.

However, the visitors' misery was compounded when they turned the ball into their own net.

DIVISION TWO

FERNDALE dug deep and battled all the way through to earn a 2-2 draw with Brinkworth Cats Black.

After going behind courtesy of an own goal, a brilliant lob from Noah Howell and a calm finish from Keiran Dodson gave Ferndale a deserved lead.

With not long remaining, Brinkworth struck back to earn a share of the spoils.

Daniel Argrave was named Ferndale’s player of the match.
