Swindon Advertiser:

ONE TO WATCH: Jamal Campbell-Ryce

STEVANAGE arrive at the Energy Check County Ground off the back of a confidence-boosting 3-2 win at home against promotion-chasing Milton Keynes Dons.

Paul Tisdale’s Dons lost their place at the top of the table thanks to Ben Kennedy’s late strike.

Playmaker Jamal Campbell-Ryce will be keen to use his Football League experience to Swindon Town’s detriment this evening.

Despite registering just seven apperances for Stevenage this season, Campbell-Ryce’s experience cannot be ignored by Town boss Richie Wellens.

Boasting more than 30 apperances at a host of clubs including Rotherham United, Southend United, Barnsley, Bristol City, Notts County, Sheffield United and Barnet makes today’s visitors a genuine threat on the left wing.

KEY BATTLE: Scott Twine v Ben Nugent

WITH Swindon Town striker Elijah Adebayo ruled out of tonight’s clash against Stevenage through suspension, Richie Wellens will be asking teenager Scott Twine to step up.

An experienced back five stands in Twine’s way – and with Town’s youngster scoring only once in his starts for his home town club so far, Stevenage boss Dino Maamria will be keen to eliminate Twine from Wellens’ match-winning equation.

Ben Nugent returned to Maamria’s starting XI only last week for the club’s 3-2 win against Milton Keynes Dons.

Prior to that, the 24-year-old helped Stevenage record three clean sheets in eight games. Without question, Twine faces a stiff task.
