LAST SATURDAY was a good win in front of our home crowd and it’s amazing what the club do for the local community to allow us to give back.

It was amazing to see so many people getting involved with the teddy bear toss and giving so much back is an amazing thing, so if we can help in any way then we want to do that.

Sunday was far from ideal against London. It’s inconsistencies again, but London have a good team this year and they put in a strong performance. We have to be better, but we can’t take away from the abilities of the other team.

When you’re in a rut like we are, it’s hard to get out of it sometimes, but the only way we can get out of this now is by working hard.

We’re going to have to regroup this week in training, really work hard and try and turn this around by starting a winning run for ourselves. We know we’ve got the ability in the dressing room to be able to turn this around and start a good run, but it all begins with hard work.

We know about Bracknell and what they’re all about. They’re well-coached and they’ve brought in a new player this week as well, so they’re going to come out flying and we’ve got to match that intensity.

As long as we match their intensity and work rate then I have no doubt we can have a big four-point weekend.

They’ve played us a few times before - so they know what we’re all about - but they’re probably our biggest rivals in the league, so we want to make sure we bring our best games in both matches. I think it will be a fiery weekend, for sure.

Our Christmas schedule is normally really busy so it’s quite nice not to have a Boxing Day fixture for a change. It means another day with the family, but at the same time we do love the Boxing Day games because the crowd is always incredible in those games.

Lastly, I want to say Merry Christmas and a massive thank you to the fans for their incredible support throughout 2018. We really do have the best fans in the league and it does make a massive difference to the team, so thank you for an amazing 2018 and we look forward to really pushing for titles in 2019.
