Swindon Town player Taylor Curran has signed a new three-year deal.
The 20-year-old defender joined the club from Southend United in January 2019 and made four appearances for the first time last season.
The new deal will keep him at Town until 2023.
Curran said: “I’m obviously delighted. At first it was a scary environment, coming into a first-team but since I’ve been here the players and the staff have been great and looked after me.”
“I’m here for a while so hopefully I can push on and really get some game time and start playing in front of the fans more often.”
“The reason I decided to sign a new contract is the opportunity given at the club. Just training with the older, more experienced boys, it’s brought my game on loads and that was the selling factor.”
