Substitute Mike Cannings came on for Childrey United and scored twice against Uffington United, to take his team through to the War Memorial Cup final at Wantage Town on Friday, April 25.
Division Four side Uffington had worked hard to keep out their higher league opponents but Cannings undid all that with a low drive in the 55th minute and a calm finish in the 67th minute after Uffington keeper John Gould's kicking error.
In the 84th minute it became 3-0 when a cross was deflected into the Uffington net by a defender.
In Division One, Lambourn Sports stayed on course for the championship with a 2-0 win at Faringdon Town.
Andy Cooper, Tom Weeks and Chris Roche scored as Ardington & Lockinge narrowly won 3- 2 at relegation haunted Coleshill United. Adam Legg and Shane Blake were on target for Coleshill but they are four points from safety.
