SEVERAL League Two clubs left it right up until the final few minutes to complete their January transfer business on Tuesday night, including Swindon Town, so Adver Sport has rounded up the best late deals in the division that you might have missed.

Former Swindon Town winger Diallang Jaiyesimi has gone out on loan to AFC Wimbledon from parent club Charlton Athletic until the end of the season.

The 24-year-old has only featured 13 times for the Addicks this season in all competitions as a problematic ankle injury took hold.

Jaiyesimi initially arrived at Swindon in January 2019 on loan from Norwich City before penning a three-year-deal later that year.

He played 44 times in total – scoring eight goals and providing five assists – prior to a very late deadline day switch to Charlton in January 2021 for an undisclosed fee.

Elsewhere, Walsall signed Forest Green Rovers striker Matty Stevens on loan until May.

Stevens was Rovers’ top scorer last season with 27 as the Gloucestershire club won League Two.

The striker has barely played at all this season, though, starting just one game – in the FA Cup – while having to make do with five substitute appearances in League One.

Scott Lindsey’s Crawley Town brought in ex-Swindon player Kellan Gordon from Mansfield Town for an undisclosed fee.

The 25-year-old played 30 times under David Flitcroft during the 2017-18 campaign and scored four goals with a further assist.

Gordan agreed an 18-month deal at the Broadfield Stadium, and joins ex-Swindon midfielder Ben Gladwin among four other deadline-day recruits in Sussex.

Mansfield strengthened their forward line with the acquisition of Davis Keillor-Dunn from Burton Albion on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

The former Oldham Athletic striker signed for an undisclosed fee, seven months into a two-year contract in Staffordshire.

Hartlepool United signed five players on deadline day, including Stockport County’s Connor Jennings and Grimsby Town’s Brendan Kiernan.

Both were free agents after being released by their respective parent clubs and have signed permanent contracts as a result.

Gillingham have signed Shrewsbury Town winger Aiden O'Brien and Eastleigh striker Tristan Abrahams on loan until the end of the season.

O’Brien is a former Millwall recruit who played under new manager Neil Harris at The Den, while Abrahams scored four goals in 27 games in the National League since leaving Carlisle United last summer.

Northampton Town have brought in winger D'Margio Wright-Phillips on loan for the remainder of the season from Stoke City.

Wright-Phillips is the son of Shaun Wright-Phillips and grandson of Arsenal legend, Ian Wright.
