Swindon Town players Saidou Khan and Tyrese Shade have both received international call-ups for matches during November.

Khan has received his third consecutive call-up for The Gambia as they prepare for the African Cup of Nations with a pair of World Cup qualifiers against Burundi and Cote d'Ivoire.

The midfielder is yet to take his international bow, but Tom Saintfeit has included him in his last three squads as they secured their place at AFCON in January.

The 27-year-old is looking to ensure he is still in The Gambia's plans for the tournament in Cote d'Ivoire when it gets underway on January 13.

This marks Shade's second senior call-up for Saint Kitts and Nevis, getting his first cap in a 3-1 win against Saint Martin in the CONCACAF Nations League.

It is that competition in which Shade will be playing in again as Saint Kitts and Nevis have games against Saint Lucia and Guadeloupe during November.

The 23-year-old also played for his country at youth level, scoring three goals at the 2018 CONCACAF Under-20 Championship.

Both players will miss Swindon's trip to Harrogate Town on 18 November and their final EFL Trophy group stage match against Exeter City on 21 November due to their international commitments.
