NORTHVIEW Primary School came out on top in the Swindon School Partnership football festival at Dorcan Technology College, beating 15 other sides from the town.
The event was organised by the Swindon School Partnership and saw girls aged between eight and 11-years-old compete.
Following the group stages, four teams reached the semi-finals with Peatmoor, Holy Rood A and Holy Rood B joining Northview in the last four.
Northview eventually took the title, beating Holy Rood in the final 1-0.
Swindon School Partnership spokesman Andy Steckbeck said: “Tournaments and festivals such as this are representative of the Partnership’s commitment to the improvement and increase of opportunities for all schools to enjoy inter-school competition.”
