PENHILL Knights were a man down for their Under 10 Division Three clash with Shrivenham & Watchfield, but that didn’t stop them from banging in 18 goals without reply.

The Knights made light of the numerical disadvantage as Taylor Burt helped himself to six goals.

Jordon House hit five and Lei Smart and Corey Connelly also notched hat-tricks with Samuel Fritchley adding a single.

Under 9 Division 1

Ferndale Rodbourne came back from being 2-0 down to Greenmeadow to take a 3-2 lead thanks to a Levi Irving hat-trick. Greenmeadow struck late on to draw 3-3.

Under 9 Division 2

Swindon Rangers B took the points against Highworth Town Juniors J with goals from Miles Arnold (4), Jack Smith (2), Luke Carter (2) and Jake Collis.

Under 9 Division 3

FC Chippenham beat Lambourn Sports 7-0. Josh Archer scored four first-half goals, taking his total in the league this season to 25. Charlie Slade scored two and Tom Tierney one. Two Samuel Crame strikes gave Liden a 2-0 lead at the break. Ashton Keynes reduced the deficit in the second half before Kai Morris secured the points for Liden.

Under 10 Division 2

Swindon Rangers came back from a goal down to leading at the break 2-1. A late goal from Ramsbury meant the points were shared. Croft Juniors scored early on through Connor O’Shea and the same player doubled the lead. In the second half Shaw scored a penalty and soon followed it with a second, but in the dying minutes Hamsa Amaan scored from the spot to seal the win for Croft.

Under 10 Division 4

Chiseldon ran out 3-1 winners in their match with FC Calne B with goals scored by James Davis and Sebastian Hantakaross.

Under 11 Division 2

Wroughton Youth overcame Hungerford Town 5-1 thanks to goals from Harry Ballard, Sean Blunsdon and Craig Sully.

Under 11 Division 3

Highworth Town Juniors scored three counter attacking goals to overcome Old Town United 3-1. Highworth’s goalscorers were Jack Birch (2) and Glen Chalmers. Croft Juniors and Ashton Keynes were deadlocked at 1-1 at the break, with Tyler Follit scoring for Croft. Ashton Keynes scored the winner deep into the second half.

Under 11 Division 4

Ferndale Rodbourne recorded a 7-4 win in an entertaining contest at Ramsbury Juniors. Ferndale’s goals came from Harry Kearns (2), Samuel Roberts (2), Callum Ratcliffe (2) and a Ramsbury own goal.

Under 12 Division 1

Marlborough took the lead against Ferndale via a free-kick but were pegged back by Aaron Rowland shortly after. Marlborough took the lead again but Ferndale's Harry Skinner brought it back level. In the second half Joshua Iles and Daniel Raymen scored for Ferndale before Marlborough hit back to draw the game.

Under 12 Division 2

In a pulsating encounter Blunsdon Colts took the points with a 1-0 win against Ramsbury, George Stratford netted the winner.

Under 12 Division 3

Wanborough led top-of-the-table Brinkworth Cats 2-0 at half time with goals from Arthur Smith and a free-kick from Johan Warensjo. Brinkworth replied in the second half with two goals from Martin Sinclair along with goals from Ronan Hollier, Matt Donley, Aaron Bryant and Sam Garlick. Wanborough hit back with goals from Harry Freeman and another from Smith but it was not enough. Penhill Knights recorded their first win of the season after taking an early lead through a Ryan Embling penalty in their game against Chiseldon. Soon after Owen Miles scored Penhill’s second before Liam House added a brace. The second half saw Penhill Knights score three more unanswered goals through, Keelan Boyce, Bradley Marvell and Embling.

Under 13 Division 1

Shaw opened the scoring against Shrivenham & Watchfield with a goal from Thomas Smith. Shaw continued to finish well with goals from Nouman Farooq-Bhatti (4), Tylan Ozdemir and Jake Goodwin completing a 7-1 win.

Under 13 Division 3

Pinehurst Rangers came out on top in their match against Blunsdon Colts. Rangers’ goals came via Kieran Roche, Dominic Gowland, Kyle Bowyer, Will Stamp and two own goals.

Under 14 Division 1

ASC Youth beat Croft Juniors 6-0. A hat-trick from Kiaran O'Daly and goals from Aaron Sawyer, Josh Bolton and Ciaran Fennell ensured three points for the home side.

Under 16 Division 2

Greenmeadow took an early lead through a Luke Thomas penalty before Fairford Youth’s Taylor Chambers scored from the spot, to make it 1-1 at half time. Chambers added four more in the second half, with an own goal from Greenmeadow completing a 6-1 Fairford win.

Under 17/18 Division 2

Old Town United A beat Wickham Wanderers 7-3. James Relen bagged a brace and Tom Ballard a hat-trick with further goals from Joe Gentleman and Dom Swan.

Under 9 League Cup

Highworth Town H won 10-0 at Ramsbury Juniors. Highworth’s goals came from Dylan Boulton (5), Elliot Wardroper (3), Danny Thomson and Edward Barnett.

Under 10 League Cup

Stratton Juniors A sealed a 4-0 victory over FC Abbeymeads with goals coming from Oliver Burt, Tommy Dearsley and Harry Trueman (2). Broad Town Colts progressed to the next round of the cup with a 4-0 win over Ferndale Rodbourne A. Lydiard progressed to the semi-finals after a penalty shootout win over Cirencester Town.

Jude Collins opened the scoring for Lydiard with Ryan Devine replying for Cirencester, taking the game to extra time. Penalties followed and Lydiard won the shootout 3-2 with Jude Collins, Harvey George and Jay Crabbe scoring from the spot.

Under 11 League Cup

Purton B lost 6-0 Cirencester Town in their league cup quarter-final. Highworth Town Juniors beat Malmesbury 2-1 with Adam Robbinsand Josh Windsor scoring.

Greenmeadow were edged out 5-4 by Shrewton despite goals from Sam Jones, Lee Giles and an Oliver Mathews brace.

Under 12 League Cup

Greenmeadow A advanced to the next round with an 8-0 win over Croft Juniors A. Sam Grounsell (2), Louis Spalding, Jordan Smith, Matthew Penella-Lach, James Denton, Miles Joliffe, and Charlie Knight scored. In an entertaining match Ferndale Rodbourne A defeated Shaw A. Ewan Bennett (2), Kieran Cozens (2), Alex Gregory and Lewis Brown were the Ferndale scorers in a 6-4 victory.

Under 14 League Cup

Wootton Bassett secured a semi-final place with a 3-1 win over FC Abbeymeads. Bassett’s goal scorers were Ross Algar (2) and Keir Miles.

Under 15 League Cup

Wroughton Youth moved into the semis with a 5-0 win over Stratton Youth with goals from Christy Millar (2), Nana Osei (2) and Gareth James.
