SUPERMARINE skipper Leigh Henry has joined Blue Square Premier outfit Bath City this evening.
The defender has long attracted admiring glances from clubs at a higher level and starred in the famous 4-3 FA Cup defeat of City at Twerton Park in October.
Henry joined Marine in 2007 after being released by Swindon Town and was recently handed the armband by ex-boss Mark Collier.
But less than a week after Collier and assistant manager Tom Jones quit their roles, Henry made the decision to move on.
Meanwhile, Marine loanee Jacob Erskine has been released by parent club Forest Green Rovers.
The forward has returned to his London home following a brief spell at the Webb’s Wood Stadium.
