DAVID Lucas has completed his move from Swindon to Rochdale, signing a one-year deal with the League One club.
The veteran shotstopper had explained to interim chairman Jeremy Wray that he was keen to move back north and he first had spell on trial with former club Preston as he looked to secure a move closer to home.
He was then invited for a trial at Rochdale and has now signed a deal with the club to become player-coach.
