The 12-year-old Swindon Dolphin clocked a time of 1:03.96 seconds in the 100m freestyle in Sheffield.
However, despite her new PB, Flack was unable to make the final in the evening, while clubmate Sophie Bartlett finished her 100m free swim in 1:06.11 Flack also competed in the 200 backstroke and, despite stomach pains, she finished in 2:40.92.
Today, 13-year-old Will Davies is in action in the 1,500m freestyle, while Flack will return to Sheffield at the weekend.
