SWINDON Supermarine's BGB Southern League Premier Division clash at Stourbridge tomorrow is still ON, unless there is a deterioration in the weather conditions.

It is likely that most decisions on whether matches in both the Southern and Hellenic leagues will be made in the morning, with temperatures set to pluge below freezing again tonight.

But Marine boss Mark Collier revealed that Stourbridge had so far escaped most of the wintery conditions affecting much of the country, lifting hopes that some football would be played.

"It seems as though they haven't had a flake of snow all day,'' said Collier. "As of this moment, the game is very much on, although they are obviously watching what will happens with regards to frost tonight.''

Chippenham Town's Premier Division clash at Yate will also be subject to a morning check, although given conditions around Bristol, that match could be more in doubt.

There was no word yet on the fate of Cirencester Town's Division One South & West clash at Andover, or the Hellenic League programme, with all our local sides playing away from home
