JOSH Loughrey saw his progress halted in Spain today after rain ruined the opening round at the Peugeot Open.
The Wrag Barn youngster was two-over at the time of the stoppage in Madrid, carding two bogeys in his first three holes before shooting par on the remaining nine.
He will resume his round early this morning near the Spanish capital.
Meanwhile, on the EuroPro Tour, Matt Mumford of Bowood is well down the leaderboard after carding a two-over opening round in the FSC Invitational.
