DAVID Howell is tired 34th at the WGC-HSBC Champions after another positive day’s work in the early hours of this morning.
The 40-year-old carded a four-under par round on Friday at the Sheshan International Golf Club in Shanghai and followed that up by going round in three-under today.
Swindon’s two-time Ryder Cup winner picked up where he left on Friday with birdies on the 10th and 12th holes before carding a bogey on the par-four 13th.
Another slip-up followed as the Broome Manor star bogeyed the 17th but it was plain sailing from there on out, with Howell chipping away at his total with birdies on the 18th, second and seventh.
The fourth and final round in China gets under way on Sunday morning.
