NO town should be reliant on one local Industry, that Is If the town is run In a correct financial manner. Get rid of the high salary non-jobs created by this council. Stop all the so-called feasibility studies, (out sourced) costing thousands of pounds. Surely, our paid councillors should know what Is needed to be done, not an outsider.
For once listen to the residents of Swindon. They know what they want and don't need councillors to tell them what they are going to get. All public consultations fall on deaf ears, and the rubber stamp has already been inked, ready to stamp their approval of what they want. Not what we would like.
This council is like a tree. It wants a damned good shake to get rid of all the bad apples.
