MIGHT I be allowed via your pages to thank David Cameron for his recruiting efforts on behalf of the UK Independence Party? By his returning Ken Clarke to the Tory Party we have, according to our head office, seen a large number of defectors from that party joining ours. There can now be no doubting that the Conservatives, just as we have always maintained, are as pro EU as the other two so-called main parties and that the sole moderate place for the anti EU vote is with us.
