PERHAPS your readers can enlighten this very confused person.
Over the last two weeks I have read and listened to a very upset group of people demonstrating and threatening all non-believers over some cartoons shown in a foreign newspaper.
As I am C of E does that mean I am a non-believer?
If so, I would appreciate seeing these cartoons before I am blown up, hung or have my throat cut.
I do understand that I cannot expect any help from the police as they are also frightened of upsetting this group.
Is it also true that the British Press is also scared to print these cartoons?
Whatever happened to our freedom of speech and liberty which my dear father and many others fought for?
B F BEST.
