COULD we have a complex in Swindon with a Roman-style arena with shops like H&M Hennes, Clarks and Laura Ashley and Next, Gap, Warner Bros, coffee bars, theme bars around it?
The Roman-style arena would be Swindon's concert hall/sports complex.
We need to keep parks and green areas and be careful where we build.
And there must also be jobs and enough water supplies if Swindon is going to expand.
