HAS any other reader experienced the problems I am having with Royal Mail. Letter posted 1st Class Dec 4 - to Bath - never arrived; duplicate letter posted Dec 23 1st class to Bath- arrived early January; letter posted January 5, 1st class to Bath - never arrived sent further duplicate Special delivery cost £5.20! Two letters posted Feb 4 1st class - one to Bath one to Chelmsford - as of today neither have arrived.
First class service? - first class joke. All posted in Stratton and at different post boxes. Beechcroft, Ermin St, Stratton Village. The envelopes were all checked for correct postage and thickness - what is going wrong? I rely on Royal Mail to help me do my daily job but I cannot now rely on them unless I pay stupid rates. This is factual information - has anyone else experienced such a poor level of service?
