I READ with interest the letter from Mark Bagnall, Director of Facilities at the GWH (SA, Thurs Feb 3).
Why, o why when they drew up plans for the hospital didn’t they incorporate a multi storey car park in the design? Then it could have been run like the car parks in town.
You would have got a ticket when you went in but you would only pay when you came out. They could have had the bottom floor for the hospital staff (free of charge). But I don’t suppose that would have made enough money for those who run it. The powers that be were told the car parks wouldn’t be big enough but would they listen?
