I WOULD like to add my grievance with the comments made by Colin Cook regarding Royal Mail (SA, Feb 15).
I had a package sent to me on Jan 11 from Llandudno which I received on February 15. If the cost of postage is reduced will it improve efficiency because it has got worse as postage has increased?
