IN view of the high cost of parking in Swindon would it not be a consideration to bring back north Swindon’s park and ride? They make these facilities work in other towns.
Here is a resource lying idle for over 12 months, it’s even a wonder the council haven’t considered building houses on it.
Give the park and ride in north Swindon a chance to prove its value to the community and offer the motorist a better incentive than parking in the town centre. As Swindon gets more and more gridlocked daily, surely this is worth considering.
