RE the Chris Gleed letter (SA, April 6) ‘Motorbikes caused chaos on the roads’.
Well done to the bikers, people and police of Wootton Bassett for Sunday’s event.
As Chris Gleed said in his letter there were signs put up in advance, but could he have visited his relatives in Wootton Bassett on Saturday or late Sunday afternoon?
Chris I think you should have known better being an advanced driver (I am) and a group observer for the Swindon group. Would it have been best to stop at home instead of causing more chaos on the roads?
After all it was for one Sunday out of 52 weeks in a year.
