I SHOULD like to thank you for putting in the notice about our activities morning and book swap/sale. When asked, several people said they had seen the article.
We had donations of just under £70. We are hoping to raise the money to provide extra facilities in the children’s library and then the teenage area.
The Friends of Wroughton Library are hoping to have a gathering each month and our next event on February 12 is a workshop held by Wroughton artists Gordon Clapton and Ron Herring. They are exhibiting their work during February in the exhibition section and hopefully will be coming to the library to talk about their work at various times throughout the month.
