SWINDON actress Billie Piper returned to the West End stage last night after missing two performances of her new show Treats.
The play, by Christopher Hampton, is due to formally open at the Garrick Theatre on Thursday, a week later than originally planned.
On Tuesday, at one of the preview performances, the former Dr Who star and ex-Bradon Forest pupil failed to appear on stage.
But last night she seemed to be fit and well for her performance in front of a full house.
It has been reported that she was suffering from a bout of flu, which she has now recovered from.
Ten days ago, the 24-year-old missed another preview performance after collapsing shortly before she was meant to appear on stage.
That time it was put down to "women's problems and a possible kidney infection"
