Gipsy Lane closed in one direction after accident
GIPSY Lane was closed in one direction after a motorcycle accident near Wickes.
A witness at the scene reported seeing a man lying on the floor near a smashed bike on the road, which has been closed from the Chapel roundabout in the direction leading towards the Dockle Farmhouse pub.
Gridlocked traffic was queueing in the other direction.
Emergency services were at the scene.
As of 10.30am, the road is now reopened.
LATEST UPDATE: Motorcyclist suffered "potentially life-changing" foot injuries.
