A car has crashed into a derelict house on one of Swindon's busiest roads.
The black Volkswagen Polo appears to have veered off the A4311 Cricklade Road while heading southbound at the mini-roundabout for Headlands Grove.
There is some debris on the slightly curved kerb which stops just before the junction, then trampled shrubs on the corner of Headlands Grove and Cricklade Road indicate where the vehicle travelled before the collision.
Piles of bricks, rubble, and wood from the boarded-up windows of the house litter the scene.

Metal fencing and cordons from the police and fire service border the property's wrecked front garden.
A passing pedestrian told the Adver that this is the third time an incident like this had happened, with a car swerving off the road and into the same empty house.
He remarked that it was lucky that none of the vehicles involved in these crashes had hit the wall which seperates the unoccupied property from the semi-detached home next door.
In January, a white Mercedes smashed into the structure and the motorist behind the wheel was reported to court for careless driving.
On Saturday, a neighbour who lives further along the road said: "Yes, an accident like that happened a while ago.
"It happened again?! Crazy. People drive too fast and they lose control. They should slow down, it’s a roundabout.”
This comes just over a week after a car crashed into a shopfront along the Gorse Hill stretch of Cricklade Road.
